How we handle website enquiries.
This notice describes the information collected through the public Servia website.
Information you provide
If you register a project enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional organisation and telephone number, requested service, requirements, timeline, budget guidance and consent to contact. The service also processes limited network data for abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate requirements, respond to you, issue quotations and manage business correspondence. We do not treat an enquiry as an automatic purchase or contract.
Service providers
The public site is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiry records are processed in our Supabase database, with automated email communication supported by Resend. These providers may process data in their respective infrastructure locations.
Security and retention
We use anti-spam verification, access restrictions and operational safeguards. Enquiry information is kept only as necessary for legitimate business, legal or security purposes; specific retention periods depend on the nature of the correspondence.
Other website activity
The website does not currently run third-party behavioural advertising or tracking analytics. Hosting providers may record technical request information for security and diagnostics.
Independent research
This corporate website is separate from independent BISS research systems; participants should consult the research platform’s own consent and privacy notices.
